TORONTO — Trevello has appointed Renata Grant as Director, Advisor Growth & Success, a newly created position focused on expanding training, mentorship and business development support for travel advisors across its network.

The company said the role reflects its continued investment in advisor education, long-term business growth and community-building initiatives as the travel industry continues to evolve.

Grant, a former travel advisor and business leader, will oversee onboarding support for new advisors while also leading ongoing training and educational initiatives for experienced advisors looking to grow and evolve their businesses.

According to Trevello, mentorship and accountability will be central to Grant’s approach, supporting advisors on the commercial side of their businesses and helping them strengthen client relationships. She will also lead community-building initiatives that encourage advisors to learn from one another and share best practices. 

And while new-to-industry advisors will be a key focus for Grant, she will also help experienced advisors who are looking to evolve their businesses and reach new levels of success.
