TORONTO — Envoyage Canada has appointed Justin Clarey as Member Support Leader, adding an experienced travel industry professional to its Canadian leadership team.

Clarey joins the host agency from Transat Holidays, where he most recently served as an Account Manager. Prior to his supplier sales role, he worked as an independent travel advisor, bringing firsthand knowledge of the day-to-day realities of running a travel business.

In his new position, Clarey will oversee Envoyage Canada’s Operations team, leading member support, operational systems and processes, and the delivery of key advisor events. He will also serve on the company’s Canadian Leadership Team, helping shape the overall member experience across the network.

Gail Banack, Vice President and General Manager of Envoyage Canada, said Clarey’s industry background and longstanding relationships with travel advisors made him a natural fit for the role.

“Community has always been at the heart of Envoyage, and Justin already feels like part of our community,” said Banack. “Many of our members know him, trust him and have worked with him throughout his career. Bringing someone into this role who already has those relationships and genuinely cares about helping advisors was incredibly important to us.”

Clarey said his experience as both a travel advisor and supplier representative has given him a unique perspective on the support advisors need to succeed.

“I’ve been fortunate to see this industry from a few different perspectives, as a travel advisor, working alongside advisors as a BDM, and now joining Envoyage,” said Clarey. “Throughout each role, one thing has always stood out to me: having the right people behind you makes all the difference. I’m excited to work with our operations team to deliver the support our members rely on every day and continue building the strong sense of community that makes Envoyage special.”
