Prince Resorts welcomes business functions to its newly designed meeting spaces and has new promotional packages for group stays at Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki and Golf Club, Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel.

Mauna Kea Beach Hotel has a newly designed Kona Boardroom which comes equipped with ‘board of director’ chairs, flat-screen TV, in-table power options, a built-in white wall and a foyer to set up light refreshments.
Outside the boardroom, the new trellised area showcasing the pool and Kaunaoa Bay offers a space for breaks or cocktail receptions.
The resort’s new meeting space also includes the 1,196 square-foot Kohala Room, with two flat-screen TVs, side counters for refreshments, automatic blackout privacy shades and glass doors facing the ocean with an atrium and deck.
The Kaunaoa Ballroom features three sides of floor-to-ceiling windows of the Kaunaoa Bay with 3,500 square-feet of indoor function space and a spacious outdoor area, including lanai surrounding the ballroom and a nearby mural.
Guests can experience Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel, with more than 85,000 square feet of meeting rooms that highlights the renovated Hapuna Ballroom with 8,428 square feet of open space. For flexibility, the room can be separated in two and is equipped with advanced audio and video requirements. Along with the ballroom, the resort has included six newly furnished conference rooms with two executive boardrooms and an open-air courtyard.
In Oahu, Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki revealed its renovated Piianaio Ballroom as a 6,960-square-foot banquet space that can also be divided in two. The resort includes a 408-square-foot Manoa Boardroom, the 1,293 Palolo Meeting room that can also be separated into four rooms, and the Maikiki Room with 1,594 square feet of space. Near the pool is the protected outdoor venue, the Muliwai Deck. Additional space can be found in resort’s restaurants, The Captain’s Room and 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar.
Guests will receive guaranteed oceanview rooms at special rates including complimentary Internet access. Qualified groups can also enjoy access to the resorts golf courses with a complimentary foursome and US$100 food and beverage credit at course restaurants and beverage carts.
New group inquires at all three properties may also select additional amenities including a 5% savings off 2017 banquet menus, 2% rebate on master-billed guestrooms or one per 40 complimentary room nights based upon actualization. Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki and Mauna Kea Beach Resort are also offering an upgrade to a one-bedroom suite for every 50 room nights booked as a concession option.
Starting now through March 31, group packages are available for all new group inquires for travel between Jan. 3 and Dec. 15. Packages are available with a minimum of 25 rooms booked with at least a three-night stay.
