In this role, she will bring her knowledge and expertise to assist travel agents with arranging the most suitable excursions for their group bookings. Infante brings a wealth of travel experience to the Groups department and has received specialized training on planning excursions for groups, making her an ideal candidate to assume this specialized position. She will be able to help agents earn more commission on their group bookings by providing useful information on upselling group excursions and advising of value added benefits and perks available which include private excursions for groups of 12 or more, group discounts, excursion credits, customized or pre-arranged itineraries and more.
