MADRID — Palladium Hotel Group’s loyalty program Palladium Rewards – introduced in 2020 – now offers new advantages and benefits for members.
The new perks include an extension in deadlines of expiration of the points, new options to accumulate points, as well as the possibility of transferring points to other users.
The Palladium Rewards program is an important lever for generating value and a key tool in customer relations, says the company.
Among the new advantages, Palladium Rewards customers will also enjoy a better digital experience accessed through the palladiumhotelgroup.com website.
Program members can also exchange points for hotel nights or use the points + money payment formula, for any date and applicable from 2,500 points (10€/$); the extension of the period of availability of the points, which will be 18 months, extendable if continuous activity is maintained in the account; or the possibility of transferring points from one user to another; as well as a series of point multiplier promotions, point gifts, discount coupons or private sales.
Palladium Rewards already offered a wide range of benefits to its affiliates, still available and including: special discounts applicable to both housed guests and clients of its restaurants and Wellness & Spa services, as well as improvements in the customer experience, such as room upgrades, late check-out or the possibility of getting Day Passes at the hotels operated by the group.
All benefits can be used by members of the Palladium Rewards program in all the destinations in which the company operates: Mexico, the D.R., Jamaica, Spain, Italy, Brazil and the U.S., as well as in all its own brands and services.
