MEXICO CITY — I December 2023 Palladium Hotel Group will debut its third ‘Family Selection’ space, an exclusive accommodation proposal designed for families.
The new space will be unveiled at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa in Mexico’s Riviera Maya, following its reopening and US$40 million renovation project.
Grand Palladium Kantenah is one of four hotels that make up Palladium Hotel Group’s resort operation in Riviera Maya.
Until now, Palladium’s Family Selection offering was only available at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa.
Says Pilar Arizmendi-Stewart, VP of Sales and Marketing for the Americas for Palladium Hotel Group: “In addition to the magnificent renovation of Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa, which is very much in line with the quality of the Riviera Maya resort proposal as a whole, the opening of Family Selection is a very important novelty for our guests, embraced by our guests in various markets such as North American, Canadian, Argentine, Spanish or Mexican.”
With this new opening in Riviera Maya, Family Selection adds 169 suites to the 95 already existing in Vallarta and the 180 in Costa Mujeres, for a total of 471 suites operated under the Family Selection concept.
“Our guests at Family Selection have exclusive areas and restaurants with very high service standards. Each stay is personalized, through experiences, such as theme nights in the room, where they can watch movies or celebrate their birthday in a special way. Our goal is to create and make a difference with the existing proposals and, in terms of customer experience, we can proudly say that we have more and more repeat customers, more fans,” adds Arizmendi-Stewart.
Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa offers a total of 11 à la carte restaurants, three show-cooking restaurants, 18 bars and six swimming pools.
Family Selection guests at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa will be able to relax in exclusive rooms and areas with easy access to the beach, and will have access to a private lobby with a games area to check-in, a private swimming pool with pool-bar, an exclusive restaurant and a VIP games area. All of this is in addition to enjoying free access to the rest of the resort’s facilities.
“With this opening, we hope to continue contributing to the attraction of tourism in the destinations of Riviera Maya, Costa Mujeres and Vallarta. Our goal is to offer families a premium experience, where each member of the family can enjoy to the fullest. Also, with Infinite Indulgence, our guests really live the concept of luxury all-inclusive,” said Arizmendi-Stewart.
In addition to these renovations, the group is working on a new concept that unites gastronomy and entertainment, two of the main pillars for the Palladium Hotel Group. Bravo will be the first ‘dinner and dance’ to open and will be located at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa.
Palladium Hotel Group, which has a presence in Mexico for more than two decades, has consolidated its position in the country with a total of seven hotels, distributed in three destinations, under the TRS Hotels brands – an all-inclusive luxury brand designed for adults only – and Grand Palladium Resort & Spa, which, from now on, will include a total of three Family Selection, thus showing its interest in supporting the tourism industry in Mexico.
“The commitment of the Palladium Hotel Group in Mexico is clear. Located in strategic destinations, the chain seeks the recognition and loyalty of national and international tourists, which is why we have proposals for all guests. In this case, we reinforce a product created according to the taste and needs of families; but equally, we have a careful proposal designed only for adults through TRS Yucatán Hotel, also located in the Riviera Maya resort, and TRS Coral Hotel, inaugurated in 2018. The common denominator is to offer unforgettable and quality experiences for each guest. Our intention is to continue growing in Mexico, since it is a very relevant market for the group,” said Pilar Arizmendi-Stewart.
