New discovery yacht Scenic Eclipse II set to debut in early 2023

VANCOUVER — Scenic ships will visit all seven continents in 2023 – 2024, plus the cruise company will debut Scenic Eclipse II.

Identical in design to sister ship Scenic Eclipse, the Scenic Eclipse II will join the fleet in early 2023.

Scenic says its two discovery yachts will offer a new collection of 85 voyages featuring brand new destinations for the cruise line, including new ports in Indonesia, Polynesia, the Pacific Islands, Australia, the Caribbean and Scotland. This is in addition to several new itineraries in the Arctic, Mediterranean, the Americas and Antarctica.

“This is a milestone moment for our brand and for all of those who have been working intensely behind the scenes to bring it to fruition. Utilizing our invaluable guest feedback, we strive to offer the best, most desirable bucket-list experiences possible, and our new 2023/24 announcement demonstrates our sincere intent in this continued ambition,” says Rob Voss, COO, The Scenic Group.

“The Antarctic is an incredible and timeless destination, and we are enormously proud to be one of the first luxury operators to return here. By 2023, Scenic Eclipse II will join Scenic Eclipse in the region – doubling capacity for even more guests to enjoy the leading itineraries and luxury experiences that we provide,” Voss added.
