TORONTO — It’s now going to take travel agents less time to complete Monograms’ agent certification program.

The tour operator has announced that it has enhanced the Monograms Booking Agent program to make it shorter and faster to accomplish. Available at agentlingo.ca, the program now comprises five modules that take approximately 90 minutes to complete, with the shortest module estimated at just 12 minutes.

In exchange, agents will have a clearer understanding of Monograms, which delivers vacations that feel like elaborate FITs but can be booked with one call or click. Monograms vacations also garner a 96% client satisfaction rating.

In addition, ‘graduates’ of the MBA program enjoy a 50% discount for them and their travelling companions on a Monograms vacation of their choice after their first booking upon their successful completion of the program.

This year Monograms offers 67 itineraries in Europe, 30 in South and Central America, 15 in Asia, 10 in Australia and New Zealand, and seven in Africa.
