MONTREAL — Transat has appointed Maria Pagano as its Senior Director, Brand & Customer Experience.
Bringing with her over 15 years of marketing strategy and branding experience in the civil and commercial aviation industry, Pagano will oversee the strategic positioning of the Air Transat brand and all the group’s brands in both domestic and international markets. In addition, she will represent the voice of the customer within the organization and implement personalized customer experience throughout all travel operations.
She most recently led marketing campaigns and drove brand initiatives at CAE where she was responsible for marketing the company’s commercial aviation training portfolio of products and services targeting airlines and the global pilot community. Pagano has also held marketing management positions at Bombardier and Bus.com.
Xavier Szwengler, Vice President of Marketing and International Markets at Transat, said that he’s thrilled to have Pagano join the team. “Her cutting-edge expertise, data-driven culture and global vision of tourism, and more specifically of air travel, will be a significant asset in the deployment of our strategic plan,” he added.
