Trafalgar launches 2014 Europe and Britain brochureTORONTO — Trafalgar hosted a trade partner dinner at Toronto restaurant Caffino last night to acknowledge its travel industry partners and introduce its 2014 Europe & Britain brochure. The brochure outlines 104 unique itineraries and a choice of vacation styles.


Trafalgar President Doug Patterson said Trafalgar has transformed itself over the last few years to be “more than a coach tour company” by introducing and focusing on traveller experiences.  The new brochure features Trafalgar’s exclusive ‘Insider Experiences’ program. Travel styles include Regionals, Discoveries, At Leisure, Family Experiences, Special Interest and City Breaks.

Liesa Bissett, Trafalgar’s Product Development Manager, gave the gathering an overview of some of their new itineraries and new features and tweaks to existing itineraries featured in the new brochure.

New tours include a 12-day trip through Northern Spain, a Regional itinerary with nights in Madrid, Salamanca, Santiago de Compostela (famous for the ‘Way of St. James’ pilgrimage), Oviedo, Santander and Argomaniz, with an Authentic Accommodation stay at Parador Hotel de Argomaniz, a Renaissance palace.

Also new, the 14-day Balkans & Venice combines one of the top cities in Italy (to cap off the tour) with travel through Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
