The Karisma Preferred Partner program goal is to highlight different tour operators from the U.S. or Canada each month, offering a variety of special activities to drive excitement and motivation while providing training on Karisma Hotels & Resorts and the Gourmet Inclusive Experience.
Tour operators that are chosen to participate in the Karisma Preferred Partner program enjoy a range of benefits, including training support, sales incentives and assistance, weekly contests and web, social media and press exposure. The training, which takes place prior to the start of the month, focuses on reservations, groups and sales with the intention of providing a better understanding of Karisma Hotels & Resorts’ fundamental differentiators, including the signature Gourmet Inclusive Experience.
Incentives can include complimentary stays and gift cards to popular retail stores with the top seller earning a grand prize. Every Friday of the month, tour operators host a Balloon Contest where the staff pops balloons for a chance to win various prizes.
Travel agents who book a vacation package with Sunwing or Signature Vacations by Oct. 31, 2015 will receive benefits in the form of STAR Agent Reward Points that can be converted into cash. Agents who book a Sunwing vacation package of nine passengers or fewer will earn 4x STAR points. Meanwhile, those who book a group vacation with either Sunwing or Signature Vacations (10 or more passengers) will earn 8x STAR points. Travel agents’ clients can also take advantage of exclusive, dramatically reduced rates when they book by Oct. 31, 2015.
