TORONTO — Insight Vacations has relaunched its popular e-learning platform as part of its ongoing commitment to its travel agent partners.
Fully revamped, the online tool boasts enhanced functionality, ease of access and an improved user experience to reflect both the brand’s evolution as well as agent feedback.
“We know that travel advisors who are set up for success will offer the best recommendations, ensuring client satisfaction and returning guests with our new and exciting e-learning program,” said Brad Ford, president of Insight Vacations Canada. “An Insight Vacations client is a client for life, with repeat rates of over 40%, and our hope is to equip all of our valuable travel advisors with the in-depth knowledge and tools to effectively sell our magical and personal journeys.”
The program is divided into three sections – Bronze, Silver and Gold. The first Bronze level of training is now accessible, with modules covering the ‘Insight Difference’, Insight’s target audience, tools for selling as well as Insight Cares, which includes itineraries that focus on preserving local cultures and traditions.
The Silver level will be available at a later date and will cover Insight’s main Unique Selling Points, while the Gold level will delve deeper into Insight’s brochure and destinations.
By completing the Insight Specialist Levels, agents will become eligible for fam trips and discounts on Insight’s journeys. Agents are also encouraged to remind clients of the 2020 Preview collection featuring the Preview Price Guarantee that will secure 2020 journeys at 2019 prices.
