MONTRÉAL — Sun, savings and the chance to win a resort stay were on the agenda as Hyatt Inclusive Collection welcomed travel advisors to its Virtual Tradeshow.

Taking place yesterday, Oct. 20, the event featured 42 Hyatt Inclusive Collection BDMs ready to connect with advisors, three Hyatt Inclusive Collection booths to explore and a staggering 26 resort stay prizes up for grabs. 

Advisors spent the afternoon visiting virtual booths at their leisure to meet resort representatives, ask questions and access downloadable resources, videos and property information.

Opening the event, Freddie Marsh, BDM, Western Canada for Hyatt Inclusive Collection, encouraged advisors to connect with resort teams representing destinations across Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America, as well as Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s portfolio of brands, including Dreams, Secrets, Breathless, Hyatt Ziva, Hyatt Zilara, Hyatt Vivid, Sunscape, Zoëtry, Grand Hyatt and Park Hyatt.

Two promotions were also highlighted during the event.

The consumer-facing ‘Sunkissed Savings’ offer provides up to 25% off, with bookings available until Nov. 2. Participating resorts may also offer additional perks, including Kids Stay Free, complimentary hydrotherapy and discounts on cabana rentals.

For travel advisors, the ‘Book Three, Stay Three Free’ promotion offers three complimentary nights for the advisor and a guest after making three bookings at the same participating hotel. Bookings must be made by Oct. 31 for travel through the end of June 2027. A total of 24 resorts are participating in the offer.

The tradeshow also included dedicated booths for weddings and romance, social groups and the Confidant Collective, where advisors could access BDM contact information and details about current offers.

Winners of the resort stay prizes are scheduled to be notified on Oct. 28.
