Carolina Bellina, Sr. Director of Canadian Sales, Hyatt Inclusive Collection

Hyatt Inclusive Collectionʻs here to help Canadians make the most of their vacation time

TORONTO — No one gets any more hours in a day than anyone else. With its brand new campaign – captured by the slogan ʻTime Here is Worth Moreʻ – Hyatt Inclusive Collection wants travellers to know that vacation hours spent at a Hyatt Inclusive Collection resort will be time well spent.

Launched last month, the new campaign resonates with Carolina Bellina, Senior Director of Canadian Sales, Hyatt Inclusive Collection.

“Weʻre all looking for the same thing: time. People want to make more time for themselves, and for those they care about the most, and they want it to be meaningful time,” Bellina told a small group of travel trade media at a luncheon yesterday at Hotel Xʻs Roses Social restaurant.

She pointed to Hyatt Inclusive Collectionʻs recent ʻTime Rich Report,ʻ based on traveller surveys, that showed 82% of travellers feel they arenʻt getting enough time with the people who matter most. Some 77% agreed that their happiest moments as a family happen on vacations. And 90% said vacations improve their mood. The respondents were American, but no doubt the stats would be similar for Canadian travellers too.

For families, the Hyatt Inclusive Collection offers 65+ family-friendly resorts in 10 countries. Hyatt Ziva and Dreams Resorts & Spas feature dedicated kids’ clubs, splash zones and supervised programs to make every family moment count.

Some 84% of couples said vacation time strengthened their relationship, with lasting effects. The Hyatt Inclusive Collection has more than 50 adults-only resorts in 10 countries – and romantic settings at these properties range from private plunge pools, to beachfront cabanas, to spa services.

At yesterdayʻs event, Bellina highlighted Hyatt Inclusive Collectionʻs unique collaboration with author, physician and integrative medicine pioneer Dr. Deepak Chopra, with a program that aims to “transform travel into a more mindful journey.”

Through deepakchopra.ai, guests can access daily rituals for balance and clarity, as well as guided mediations and mantras, and insights and support for wellness. Guests are invited to use tools at deepakchopra.ai to discover mantras and rituals (even delivered before arrival), begin their day with a sun-and-ocean grounding, close the day with sunset strolls and gratitude and more.

Hyatt Inclusive Collection has grown to an impressive 10 brands. Those brands include Impression by Secrets, Hyatt Ziva, Hyatt Zilara, Zoetry Wellness & Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Hyatt Vivid Hotels & Resorts, Alua Hotels & Resorts and Sunscape Resorts & Spas.

In addition to properties in top Caribbean destinations including Mexico, Jamaica, the D.R., St. Lucia and Aruba, Hyatt Inclusive Collection also offers resorts in Spain, Portugal, Bulgaria and Greece.

Noteworthy for Canadian travel advisors specializing in destination weddings: Dreams Madeira Resort, Spa & Marina in Portugal is looking forward to hosting its first wedding for a Canadian couple next year. For any couple looking for a European wedding with the ease and convenience of holding the ceremony and reception at an all-inclusive resort, the European properties in Hyatt Inclusive Collection are a great solution.

Demand from the Canadian market continues to surge, said Bellina. Bookings from this market are up by double-digits year over year for 2026 versus 2025. “The growth is there,” she said.

HYATT INCLUSIVE COLLECTIONʻS ROADSHOW IN MONTREAL, TORONTO AND VANCOUVER

Bellina and her team arenʻt just hosting trade media, theyʻre also celebrating Canadian travel advisors with a three-city roadshow this week. In Montreal on Oct. 28 with 140+ participants, and in Toronto last night with a registered 160+ advisors, the roadshow will wrap up in Vancouver tonight with an expected 130 advisors.

The Montreal event was “amazing,” said Bellina. She had high hopes for similar success in Toronto and Vancouver.

Agents are invited to meet with as many hotel reps as possible at the event, getting stamps for each meeting. No fewer than 20 prizes are given away each night. “Travel advisors really like the format, they got to talk to everyone,” said Bellina.

NEW PROPERTIES ON THE WAY

Hyatt Inclusive Collection is going from strength to strength with plenty of new properties and renovations.

This past August, Hyatt officially opened Secrets Playa Esmeralda Resort & Spa, an adults-only, all-inclusive resort located on the untouched shores of Playa Esmeralda in the D.R.ʻs Miches region. And just a few weeks later came the debut of neighbouring property Dreams Playa Esmeralda Resort & Spa. Having the two sister properties side by side is perfect for big groups, especially for destination weddings.

Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa opened this past June. Also in June, Hyatt Inclusive Collection made its debut in Aruba with the opening of the adults-only, all-suite Secrets Baby Beach Aruba.

Coming up this November, Secrets Mirabel Cancun will open its doors. Secrets Macao Beach will join Dreams Macao Beach in the D.R. And Dreams Tulum is slated for renovations.

Bellina said she hadnʻt heard any updates yet from Hyatt Inclusive Collectionʻs Jamaica properties in the wake of Hurricane Melissa. Power outages are widespread on the island, and assessment teams are still fanning out to check for damage.
