Called Amaná Retreat, the concept is launching at Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana and Wyndham Alltra Samaná. It is designed for adults seeking a more private, personalized stay, with dedicated accommodations, dining, pools, beach areas and service while retaining access to each resort’s wider offerings.

At Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana, Amaná Retreat encompasses 120 rooms and suites across two buildings, ranging from tropical-view rooms to junior and two-bedroom suites. Guests receive private, personalized check-in, dedicated butler service and access to an adults-only beach with its own beach concierge.

Dining options include à la carte breakfast and lunch at Costa Azul and exclusive adults-only dining at Brasas Steakhouse. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary daily Mixology Lounge Experience. Complimentary hydrotherapy access and a 20% discount on spa treatments are also included.

The concept may also appeal to multigenerational groups, allowing adults to enjoy dedicated spaces while staying at the same resort as family members of different ages.

At Wyndham Alltra Samaná, Amaná Retreat offers a quieter experience focused on the natural surroundings of the Samaná Peninsula. The adults-only offering includes 149 rooms in designated buildings, with room categories including Adults Only Junior Suite, Double Beds and Adults Only Junior Suite, King Bed. Guests receive private in-room check-in and personalized service from a dedicated host and concierge, along with access to a private adults-only pool and beach area with extended pool hours.

At Samaná, dining benefits include à la carte breakfast at Cosecha, adults-only access to UMI, preferred reservations at the resort’s à la carte restaurants and an exclusive poolside snack menu. Amaná guests can also enjoy a signature cocktail experience and sunset DJ sessions. In-room touches include a welcome letter from the hotel director and a welcome amenity featuring Mamajuana, a traditional Dominican drink.
