TORONTO — Globus family of brands has announced that it will be guaranteeing pricing – in Canadian dollars – for all its Oberammergau Passion Play 2020 tours.

The offer, available for booking by June 5 this year, is a “huge selling feature”, said Kim Clarke, director of sales, as guaranteed pricing for a tour taking place two years away is almost unheard of. “We urge agents to contact their Oberammergau prospects before the June 5 deadline with the great news.”

Moreover, the company will be accommodating clients in the Hotel Boeld, located in the heart of the village and just steps away form Oberammergau’s main street. With the Passion Play being so popular (it takes places every 10 years), travellers are often forced to stay outside of the village. “The guarantee of a very central hotel is another great reason for clients to commit now,” added Clarke.

Three Globus family companies – Globus and Cosmos with escorted tours, and Avalon Waterways’ river cruises – are offering Oberammergau packages. The Passion Play will run from May through October 2020.
