TORONTO — Flair Vacations is warming up for winter with a new sun program spanning five Canadian gateways and five destinations in Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic.

The lineup includes Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Punta Cana, Montego Bay and Flair’s newest destination, Puerto Plata, with vacation packages pairing Flair Airlines flights with a growing selection of resort partners.

“We’re excited to connect Canadians to popular sun destinations and a growing portfolio of resorts Canadians know and love,” said Nicole Bursey, President, Flair Vacations. “Travel advisors are well versed in selling these destinations and we’re looking forward to being a partner they can count on to deliver value.”

Toronto will offer the broadest schedule, with service to all five destinations. Peak weekly frequencies include up to 18 flights to Cancun, eight to Punta Cana, six to Montego Bay, four to Puerto Vallarta and two to Puerto Plata.

From Montreal, Flair Vacations will offer packages to Cancun, Punta Cana, Puerto Plata and Puerto Vallarta. Vancouver will connect to Cancun and Puerto Vallarta, while Calgary and Edmonton will each offer Cancun and Puerto Vallarta.

TRADE-FIRST APPROACH

Flair Vacations says travel advisors will be central to its strategy as it builds out the new program.

“We know this industry runs on relationships, and that those relationships have to be earned,” added Bursey. “We’re looking forward to getting in front of advisors, listening to what they need and giving them a strong lineup of sun destinations and resorts they’ll be excited to propose to their clients.”

The company plans to continue adding resort partners and expanding its product lineup ahead of the winter season.
