Emirates’ new travel trade portal considered a one-stop-shop for products & policies

DUBAI — To better serve its travel trade agent partners around the world, Emirates has rolled out a brand new online portal that will allow for easy access to its full range of products.

Tailored for each market, the Emirates Partners Portal is a one-stop-shop featuring Emirates’ latest products, services and policies. Agents will also be able to obtain technical support and gain access to self-service tools and in-built automation of business processes, all of which are aimed at delivery efficiency and providing transparency and clarity on the status of transactions.

On the portal’s official launch, Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Chief Commercial Officer, said: This is a bespoke platform that is unique in the industry, and it allows us to offer a truly personalized experience based on our partners’ profiles and needs. We invested in listening to our agents and partners, and then we built the Emirates Partner Portal to address their needs whether for information, training or technical support. We are grateful for our partnership with trade communities around the world and are excited to engage and support them through this new platform.”

Kazim, who said that the launch comes at an especially critical time in the industry, added that through the portal, Emirates aims to “empower our travel partners so that they can confidently provide even better services to their customers, and help them to fly better with Emirates.”

The portal has been built on the latest technology, on NDC/IATA standards, and provides access to content 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s available in multiple languages. Registration and enrolment is quick and secure, and linked to each agent’s Emirates registered identification.
