Doug Patterson steps down at Trafalgar, Wolf Paunic to succeed

TORONTO — Doug Patterson has decided to step down from his position as president of Trafalgar Canada, according to parent company the Travel Corporation.

For almost three decades, Patterson has been an integral part of the various Travel Corporation brands.

“He will be greatly missed, but we wish him all the best with his future endeavours. A big thank you to Doug for helping lead a strong team at Trafalgar for the past six years and for ensuring we have the most outstanding reputation in our industry. We need to continue this same level of responsiveness and support everyone has come to expect from Trafalgar,” says Jeff Element, president of the Travel Corporation, Canada.

“To that end, we are very fortunate to have Wolf Paunic, Trafalgar’s current vice-president of sales ready and excited to step up to the role of president for Trafalgar Canada.”

“I am very excited and proud to lead the Trafalgar brand in Canada and continue to work closely with our valued agent partners,” says Paunic. “We have the right mix of knowledge, passion and experience across our dedicated team members nationwide to elevate Trafalgar, the Insider of guided vacations, to the top of mind of Canadian travellers.”

Paunic can be reached at Wolf.Paunic@trafalgartours.com, 416-915-7023 or on Twitter @Exluppo.
