CWT Canada names Jocelyne Faucher to lead Associate Program

TORONTO — Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) Canada has named Jocelyne Faucher director of CWT Canada’s Associate Program.

The CWT Associate Program is a network of independently-owned travel agencies nationwide that operate as an extension of the CWT Canada’s network.

Faucher will be responsible for continuing to drive growth of the Associate Program within Canada’s leisure team, which has thrived in recent years, according to CWT, in part to the access associates receive to exclusive products and services in conjunction with CWT’s membership programs. Her role will include a focused effort on client retention and recruiting new associate members in key locations across the country.

“With more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of the travel industry, Jocelyne brings the knowledge of driving business results and customer satisfaction to the CWT Canada Associate Program,” said Sherry Saunders, senior vice president and general manager, CWT Canada.

Faucher most recently served as the director of national accounts for Transat Tours Canada and holds an MBA from the University of Guelph.

CWT Canada’s Associate Program offers an opportunity for travel agencies to partner with CWT to enhance and grow their businesses by aligning with CWT’s globally recognized brand, and by receiving access to exclusive products and services in conjunction with CWT’s membership programs, which include the Royal Bank of Canada’s RBC Rewards program and The Royal Canadian Legion.

The program focuses on building long-term relationships with customers, delivering strategic technologies, preferred supplier relationships and exclusive membership programs to the associate branches within the network.
