Crystal Cruises has named Bruce G. Setloff as its Vice President of Global Charter Sales and Special Projects. Setloff brings more than 35 years of luxury customer service, sales, hotel, operations and project management expertise, and will oversee the management of specialized sales, charter sales and future special projects. “In his 35 plus years in the hospitality and travel industry, Bruce has led many successful and profitable operations,” said Crystal’s President and CEO Edie Rodriguez. Setloff most recently worked at Azamara Club Cruises and prior to that he was instrumental in the startup of other notable luxury cruise lines. He will report directly to Crystal’s new Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Carmen Roig.
