Princess Cruises cheers booking record for Alaska sailings

FORT LAUDERDALE — Princess Cruises reached an all-time high in Alaska bookings for the month of January.

Booking levels surpassed any previous January in the cruise line’s history by more than 20%.

“With its jaw-dropping landscapes, unspoiled natural beauty and incredible wildlife, Alaska is so much more than a once-in-a-lifetime trip,” said Terry Thornton, Chief Commercial Officer for Princess Cruises. “This is our 55th anniversary of taking guests to the great land, and this soaring interest underscores the importance of securing an Alaska adventure for the upcoming summer season while availability still remains.”

Thornton says a number of Alaska sailings are still available for 2024 and 2025, from 4- to 22-day cruises as well as cruisetours.

Homeports for Princess Cruises’ Alaska sailings include San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, Whittier (for Anchorage), and L.A.

Princess Plus and Premier inclusive packages allow guests to save over 65% on essentials such as gratuities, WiFi, beverages, and more.
