Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, the cruise line highlights several exciting itineraries in the brochure, including:
Emerald Sun, Main Lounge
- Splendours of Europe: This itinerary through the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary begins with an iconic glass-top canal boat cruise in Amsterdam and also includes visits to medieval towns and hikes to hilltop fortresses.
- Sensations of Lyon & Provence: Guests will sail along the Rhône and Saône rivers, all while discovering picture-perfect villages, palaces and Roman ruins.
- Danube Delights: This classic journey on the Rhine, Main and Danube rivers highlights spectacular landscapes, fascinating history and world-class cities.
- Jewels of the Rhine: This eight-day cruise through the heart of Europe kicks off in Amsterdam with a canal boat tour or bike ride through Waterland’s villages and windmills. Guests will also visit Cologne and explore Koblenz’s fairy-tale landscapes, sample Black Forest delicacies in Freiburg, and enjoy exclusive concerts, guided tours and gourmet meals.
Emerald Cruises recently unveiled a design update coming to its luxury river cruise ships. The update will integrate the elegance and features of its ultra-luxury ocean yachts into its river cruise ships, which will not only enhance the guest experience but also reflect the brand’s commitment to sustainability.
For 2025, the cruise line is also introducing new EmeraldPLUS experiences designed to immerse guests in the local culture of their destinations.
