MONTRÉAL — Air Canada Vacations is putting advisor education on cruise control in 2027, bringing its Academy back to sea aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Encore.
The second edition of the Air Canada Vacations Academy will run from Jan. 17-24, 2027, bringing travel advisors from across Canada together for a week of education, networking and destination experiences.
The program will operate under the theme “Learn. Earn. Experience More” and will be presented in partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line and other industry partners. Participants will take part in Air Canada Vacations and supplier-led training sessions, networking events, hotel site inspections and hosted destination experiences.

They will sail to Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlán and Puerto Vallarta, and enjoy dedicated sea days focused on learning and collaboration.
The package includes a seven-night cruise aboard Norwegian Encore sailing to Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlán and Puerto Vallarta. Participants will also receive Norwegian Cruise Line’s More At Sea package and enjoy exclusive training opportunities, networking events and Air Canada Vacations’ Cruise Promise benefits.
Launch rates start at $1,130 per person for an inside stateroom, $1,160 for an oceanview stateroom and $1,240 for a balcony stateroom, based on double occupancy and subject to availability.
Limited Academy airfares are also available from Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Montréal, Québec City and Halifax.
