“Cruise Central is a game changer”: Trevello launches new cruise booking platform

TORONTO — Trevello Travel Group has announced the launch of Cruise Central, a new platform for travel advisors that promises to refine the booking process and boost cruise sales.

Timed with the upcoming Wave Season, Cruise Central integrates the offerings of over 35 cruise lines into one seamless interface, with features that cater to B2B and B2C needs. These include customizable branding for advisors and management tools for team leaders like secondary phone fields. The platform is also equipped to handle bookings for Consortia, Headquarters and Advisor groups.

Trevello is the first host agency in Canada with a cruise-focused department. According to Hay, Cruise Central will build on this year’s success, which was largely due to initiatives like regular cruise chats, targeted marketing efforts and specialized cruise training.
