MIAMI — New luxury digs will soon debut on the shores of Mexico’s Riviera Maya, and by the looks of it, it promises to be a real showstopper.

Karisma Hotels & Resorts’ brand new Villa Casa Del Mar, set to open in June, features nearly 12,000 square feet of luxury accommodations, all of which is situated on a white sand beach and surrounded by natural beauty. It is the fourth and latest offering within the Karisma Villas collection of Gourmet Inclusive properties, comprising Villa Esmerelda, Villa Carola and Villa Maroma and offered as part of Karisma’s esteemed Connoisseur Collection.

Inside the six-bedroom, six-bathroom Villa Casa Del Mar, guests will find two common living areas, a formal dining room, a fully-equipped granite gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a robust wine cellar stocked with vintage selections, high-end modern furniture, a wellness gym, and a kids’ playhouse with areas allocated for crafts, storytelling and video games.

Other luxe amenities include a private pool, Jacuzzi, a dedicated dining and entertaining space, a brick pizza oven and lush gardens. There are also private terraces, LCD flatscreen TVs with cable and satellite, DVD players, high-end bath and beauty amenities, aromatherapy and pillow menu. The master suite, spanning nearly 750 square feet, comprises an interior Jacuzzi for two, walk-in closet, double sofa, oversized balcony, private marble bathroom with rainforest shower and a four-car garage.

Guests are also treated to a dedicated staff and personal Majordomo, available 24 hours a day to assist with everything from unpacking and repacking, to grocery shopping, meals, event planning, child care, reservations, booking activities, excursions, car transfers, turndown service and more.

Villa Casa Del Mar is immediately adjacent to Karisma’s family-friendly Azul Beach Resort Riviera Maya by Karisma, a premier boutique hotel. Guests are invited to enjoy the resort’s amenities and grounds, which include six restaurants, swim-up bars (including the destination’s only frozen top tequila bar), multiple pools, the Vassa Spa, Azulitos Playhouse by Nickelodeon, as well as the Nickelodeon Experience, which gives kids the chance to interact with their favourite Nickelodeon characters.

As part of the Connoisseur Collection, guests of the new Villa will have access to 24-hour room service, a daily restocked beverage fridge, personalized pre-arrival service, complimentary Wi-Fi, on-site non-motorized water sports, king-sized beach day beds and nightly entertainment. Additional premium amenities include a private chef, exclusive lobster candlelight dinner, private DJ lounge party, roundtrip limo service for airport transfers, monogrammed bathrobes and the option to take a five-hour private yacht trip for up to 20 adults or a deep sea fishing excursion for up to eight adults.

Bookings for Villa Casa Del Mar are now open for stays starting June 1. Rates start at US$4,337 per night for up to 12 guests.
