CABO SAN LUCAS — Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced plans to open its second property on the Baja Peninsula – Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol – coming in 2022.
Situated on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula, in the heart of the famed Los Cabos Corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, the new-build, 80-key resort will sit on more than 50 oceanfront acres within the new private beachfront community, The Cove Club.
Welcoming couples and families, the expansive resort will offer a variety of dining options, a well-stocked Kids for All Seasons program and a private Beach Club. There’ll also be a signature Four Seasons spa and a cutting-edge fitness centre.
In addition to on-property facilities, owners of Four Seasons Private Residences (there are 40 in total) will have the chance to purchase membership in the Cove Club, a private golf and beach club featuring a resort-style pool, private cabanas, an organic farm and garden, and a mountain adventure park.
The Resort and Residents are perfectly located in the heart of the famed Golden Corridor, just minutes from vibrant nightlife, dining, shopping and a world-class marina. Numerous opportunities for desert and mountain adventures such as hiking, biking, horseback and exploring hidden waterfalls are also available nearby.
“With our second property on the Baja Peninsula, we are excited to offer another unique opportunity to live and stay with Four Seasons in the Cabo region,” said John Davison, President and CEO, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol will join the company’s growing Mexico portfolio, which also includes Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita and Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City. For more information go to cabodelsol.com/private-residences.
