Clients can get fit at Breezes Resort & Spa – Bahamas with NRG2GO

NASSAU — Clients can stay in shape Breezes Resort & Spa – Bahamas, which has just launched a partnership with NRG2GO to increase its daily group fitness class offerings.

Guests can now keep active at the Super-Inclusive resort by joining in twice or thrice daily yoga, Zumba, U-Jam, Pilates or Aquafit classes.

NRG2GO is an Ontario-based company that places certified fitness professionals at Caribbean, Mexican and Cuban all-inclusive resorts in exchange for weeklong, low-cost teaching vacations.

Zein Issa-Nakash, SuperClubs’ vice president for marketing, said, “Increasingly so, our guests value the opportunity to remain focused on their health, fitness and wellness routines even while on vacation and we took note of this. Since we have an existing, successful relationship with NRG2GO, at Breezes in Varadero in Cuba, we were eager to expand the program to the Bahamas as well.”

To complement the expanding fitness program, Breezes recently introduced ‘heart healthy’ menus and signs at Banana Boat, the main, all-day restaurant, to encourage guests to eat mindfully. And, when finished sunning and swimming, fitness novices and fanatics can take a tennis lesson, learn the ‘bird’s nest’ trick on the flying trapeze, or climb the colour-coded 30-foot rock wall – all at no extra cost.
