TORONTO — What’s new in Busabout’s 2020 USA & Canada brochure? Plenty, including three new guided adventures and a 3-stop Hop on Hop-off Pass.
After launching into North America for the first time this year, the company is venturing even further in 2020, adding more itineraries in the U.S. and along the east coast of Canada.
Here are some highlights:
NEW ADVENTURES
- Northeast Highlights: On this eight-day itinerary, guests will visit big cities, quaint towns and enjoy such highlights as a walk along the Freedom Trail in Boston, sightseeing in Quebec’s Old Town, and water rafting in The Forks. They’ll also visit New Haven, home of Yale University, and can sign up for optional activities like hiking the Appalachian trail or jet boating on the St. Lawrence River.
- Poutine & The Falls Adventure: This four-day getaway begins in Montreal and ends in New York City. Guests will visit both sides of Niagara Falls, see the waterfalls of Watkins Glen State Park, and shop at Toronto’s markets for their fill of poutine.
- East USA & Canada Adventure: This 11-day New York City roundtrip takes travellers to Niagara Falls, along the Freedom Trail in Boston, onto the hallowed grounds of Harvard and MIT campuses, into Quebec’s Old Town and through Montreal by bike. Those looking to combine the West Coast can join Busabout’s 22-day ‘East to West Roadtrip’ adventure from New York City to Los Angeles.
NEW 3-STOP TRAVEL PASS
This new travel pass gives clients the flexibility and freedom to create their own West Coast holiday itinerary using the company’s private, guided coach network.
The Unlimited West Coast Hop-on Hop-off Travel Pass is back for 2020, which includes access to eight destinations including Los Angeles, San Francisco, South Lake Tahoe and Las Vegas. Guests can also add visits to Santa Barbara and San Diego, or connect with nature at Yosemite National Park and Mammoth Lakes, all of which are optional stops.
For clients with limited time, the new 3-Stop West Coast Hop-on Hop-off Travel Pass gives them the freedom to choose their top spots, how long they want to stay, where they want to stay and how they spend their time. Once a client buys a pass, they can start planning their own adventure using Busabout’s MyTrip app.
“The reception for Busabout’s State-side Hop-on Hop-off network has been fantastic – our clients have praised our friendly and helpful guides, and rate it as a fun and easy way to road trip through the USA,” says Duncan Robertson, Managing Director for Busabout. “Our guided Adventure product, which offers a more structured itinerary to check off the continent’s iconic sights and experiences, has also proven really popular. For 2020 we’re expanding on our cross-border Adventures so our clients can experience the best of the USA and Canada’s East Coast on one epic trip.”
Busabout is offering 10% off most 2020 USA & Canada adventures and Hop-on Hop-off Travel Passes if booked before Sept. 30, 2019. For more information go to busabout.com.
