Atlasjet, Turkey’s leading regional airline, pays 5% to agents

MISSISSAUGA, ON — Air Promotion Group, a specialist in airline distribution for international airlines, is now representing Atlasjet – Turkey’s leading regional airline – in Canada.

Atlasjet is launching a new commission program in Canada that pays 5% commission on all published fares on Atlasjet flights on their route network throughout the world.

APG-Canada Director Karl Müller believes that the airline’s affection and appreciation for travel agents is second to none. “Atlasjet is showing their love for the travel trade by offering an extremely generous commission for sales made by travel agents. As the number of visitors – both business and leisure – to Turkey and the surrounding area continues to grow, agents can book nonstop flights from London’s Luton Airport on Atlasjet and to any of the 10 destinations the airline serves in country and earn 5% commission on everything they sell.”

In addition to commissions, the airline will begin accepting all major credit cards starting Aug. 1, 2014 according to Müller. Atlasjet is in BSP and available for booking in all major GDSs in Canada.

Recently, Atlasjet launched service from Istanbul to Kuwait City, thereby creating another vital link for air travel in the region. Atlasjet operates from Istanbul Atatürk Airport (IST), strategically located in the heart of Istanbul and close to the business and historic centres and provides easy access to the country’s attractions as well as great connections to 10 destinations in Turkey and seven international destinations including London as well as Russia, Georgia and Iran.
