CALGARY — WestJet Vacations has introduced a new self-serve cancellation feature for travel advisors, making it easier to manage eligible vacation package bookings directly through the WestJet Vacations Agent Portal.

Available through Manage my Bookings, advisors can cancel eligible client bookings online using the guest’s last name, booking number, email address and payment details.

Select bookings are excluded, including FIT bookings, departures within 24 hours, bookings with a previous change or cancellation fee and bookings with amendments or billing line adjustments.

Travel advisors can access the new feature through Manage my Bookings on the WestJet Vacations Agent Portal.
