TORONTO — WestJet has reportedly removed its Ottawa-Liberia (Costa Rica) flights from future schedules.

According to aviation consulting firm Ailevon Pacific, the flights were scheduled to operate December 2026 through April 2027. WestJet has said it continually evaluates its network to ensure it is deploying aircraft where there is strongest demand and long-term sustainability.

WestJet has also reportedly made the following changes: removed Deer Lake – Punta Cana from seasonal service in March and April, and Edmonton to Punta Cana from April 27 through May, and Quebec City to Punta Cana from May through July.
