Porter adds five domestic routes ex London, ON

LONDON, ON — Porter Airlines is expanding at London International Airport (YXU) with new domestic routes set to launch in spring 2027.

The year-round service will connect London, ON nonstop with these five cities, giving travellers across southwestern Ontario more direct access to key business and leisure markets across Canada …

  • Halifax starting April 12, 2027 on E195-E2s (7x weekly at peak frequency)
  • Montreal-MET on Dash 8-400s starting April 12, 2027 (20x weekly at peak frequency)
  • Ottawa on Dash 8-400s starting April 12, 2027 (20x weekly at peak frequency)
  • Vancouver on E195-E2s starting April 12, 2027 (11x weekly at peak frequency)
  • Edmonton on E195-E2s starting May 6, 2027 (7x weekly at peak frequency)

The expansion follows Porter’s August 2026 announcement of four new routes from London, ON to sun destinations in Florida, Mexico and Jamaica for the upcoming winter season.

“We are building on the strong passenger response to our recent winter sun destinations announcement by introducing five nonstop domestic routes,” said Kevin Jackson, President, Porter Airlines. “This expansion demonstrates that Porter is committed to making London a meaningful part of our network.”

Jackson added that the new service will give more than two million residents across the region convenient access to destinations from coast to coast, while allowing them to fly from their local airport.

Porter says the new routes are part of its broader push to strengthen connectivity in southwestern Ontario.
