EDMONTON — Flair Airlines has appointed Jamie Fox as Director, Agency Sales and Partnerships, a newly created role aimed at strengthening the airline’s engagement with the travel trade and supporting long-term growth.
In his new role, Fox will lead Flair’s agency sales and partnership strategy, with a focus on expanding distribution opportunities and deepening relationships with travel advisors, travel management companies and other industry partners across Canada and the United States.
“We see an enormous opportunity to continue growing Flair’s presence and visibility across Canada’s travel industry,” said Len Corrado, Chief Executive Officer of Flair Airlines. “Jamie brings deep industry experience, strong relationships across the travel trade, and a proven track record of driving growth. His leadership will help strengthen Flair’s engagement across the industry as we continue expanding Flair’s presence across the Canadian travel landscape.”
Fox brings more than 30 years of experience in the Canadian and U.S. travel industry, including leadership roles in the airline sector with Air Canada. His background includes building partnerships with travel advisors, TMCs and industry stakeholders, growing market share and leading sales teams across North America.
“I’m incredibly excited to be joining Flair Airlines alongside such a passionate and experienced leadership team at a transformational moment in the Flair FWD journey. Canadians want and deserve affordable air travel – and just as importantly, they deserve reliability,” said Jamie Fox, Director, Agency Sales and Partnerships at Flair Airlines. “This next chapter for Flair is about building meaningful, long-term relationships that create value for everyone: travel agencies, travel advisors, TMCs, tourism partners, and most importantly, our shared travellers.”
According to the airline, the new position reflects Flair’s broader investment in industry collaboration and sustainable growth as it continues expanding its network and presence within the Canadian travel market.
“If you don’t know Flair yet, you should. And if we haven’t met yet, we look forward to changing that,” added Fox. “We want to be in the market listening, collaborating, and building genuine partnerships across the industry.”
