MONTREAL — Following news that it will begin direct service to Israel from Montreal starting this June, Air Transat has announced that flights are now available for booking.

It was announced last week that the airline will offer direct flights from Montreal to Tel Aviv, as well as from Toronto with a connection in Montreal. This nonstop flight will operate twice weekly on Wednesdays and Sundays, from June 18 until late October.

Flights will operate on Airbus A330-300 aircraft consisting of 332 seats. Transat will also offer packages, guided tours and hotels in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem to complement the new service.
