MONTREAL — Air Transat is putting families first by unveiling a new Kids Club livery and a brand new kids’ meal on its flights.
The airline’s Airbus A321, used mainly for Florida and South flights, received a fun, new makeover, complete with the Air Transat Kids Club smiley face and googlie eyes.
In addition, the new kids’ meal – free on transatlantic and South flights – includes yummy favourites like mac and cheese with apple sauce, cookies and juice.
The Air Transat Kids Club has been up and running for over 12 years, welcoming mini-globetrotters aged 2-11 for free. It includes members’ kits filled with travel goodies, priority airport services, family check-in counter, priority baggage handling, and stroller gate delivery service. Plus, kids are treated to onboard surprises, which will also be revamped.
“At Air Transat, we always have the needs of families at heart,” says Annick Guérard, Chief Operating Officer at Transat. “We have been accompanying them on their dreams and holidays for more than 30 years. We understand their expectations, care about their well-being and do everything possible to make their lives easier, from the moment they arrive at the airport to the time they reach their final destinations.”
As a holiday airline dedicated to offering the very best in family vacations, Air Transat showcases its Kids Club in its latest ad.
“In our characteristic dreamlike style and featuring our employees once again, we are underlining how important vacations are,” adds Guérard. “Family holidays, in particular, are a special time of the year, as they allow us to get closer and create precious memories.”
Air Transat is also reminding families that its offers free and automated standard seat assignments to ensure that kids 12 and under are seated with their parents.
