Air France/KLM forecasts better times ahead for Canadian market

Air France Specialist launches with chance to win airline tickets anywhere in the world

TORONTO — The Air France Specialist course is launching on Travelweek’s Learning Centre, with the best agent incentive and prizing the learning platform has ever seen.

Three lucky agents will win a pair of tickets anywhere in the world that Air France flies.

“Although this course offers the opportunity to immerse travel agents in the Air France world, flying the airline to one of its many destinations will take the experience from virtuality to reality for the lucky specialists,” says the airline.

Agents who complete the course before Nov. 30 will get a chance to win one of three pairs of economy class tickets.

The Air France Specialist course teaches agents about Canadian gateways, flight frequencies, seat classes, international hubs, mobile apps and much more. The course is designed to provide the travel agent with everything they need to sell Air France.

“We feel this Specialist course will give agents all the essential information on what is unique to Air France product and the inflight experience to be lived by their customers whom, as soon as they step on board will experience the French Touch. This is also a great opportunity to refresh travel agents on Air France’s trademarks like free champagne – real champagne! – onboard and free stopovers in Paris for their customers flying beyond Paris.”

Air France is part of the Air France-KLM group, which has an extensive route network between Europe and the rest of the world with 316 destinations in 115 countries.

Air France, KLM, Delta and Alitalia also enjoy the largest transatlantic joint venture, plus Air France codeshares with WestJet in Canada.

Coming later this fall on the Travelweek Learning Centre is a KLM Specialist course set to launch Oct. 15, while the Air France Specialist course is available now.
