Air Canada rouge’s Toronto-Warsaw service takes to the skies

MONTREAL — Air Canada rouge’s seasonal nonstop service between Toronto and Warsaw runs until Sept. 30, expanding the airline’s presence in Central Europe and marking the only nonstop service by a Canadian airline between Canada and Poland.

Flight AC1926 from Toronto Pearson arrived at Warsaw Chopin Airport this morning. “We are pleased to add Warsaw, the Polish capital and a European cultural hub, to our growing international network,” said Benjamin Smith, President, Passenger Airlines, at Air Canada.

This is Air Canada rouge’s third new destination in Central Europe this summer, after Prague and Budapest. Flights are operated on B767-300ERs with featuring Premium Rouge and economy cabins.  Flights depart Toronto Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays and return Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays from Warsaw until Sept. 30.
