TORONTO — The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) is inviting registrants and members of the public to attend its upcoming 2026 Annual Meeting on Sept. 22.

Taking place virtually at 5:00 p.m. ET, the meeting will include the presentation of TICO’s financial statements for the previous financial year along with the Auditor’s Report, consideration of the Annual Report, appointment of the corporation’s auditors and the election of directors.

Members will also be asked to authorize TICO’s Board of Directors to determine the auditor’s remuneration and will have an opportunity to address any other business properly brought before the meeting.

While all TICO registrants and members of the public are welcome to attend, only members in good standing are entitled to vote.

Advance registration is required for both voting members and public guests via this link. Registration will close at 5 p.m. on Sept. 18, 2026. Once registered, participants will receive a link to attend.

Meeting materials are available on TICO’s website and include the agenda, minutes from the Sept. 25, 2025 Annual Meeting, Business Plan, Annual Report, audited financial statements for the fiscal period ended March 31, 2026 and candidate biographies for the election of directors.

Members who will not be attending the meeting may submit written requests for proxies. The deadline for proxy submissions is also 5 p.m. on Sept. 18, 2026.
