GATINEAU, QC — Air Canada Vacations has selected SMITH to help with the upheaval of its digital platforms.
Under a mandate driven by ACV’s commitment to delivering the ‘ultimate in dream vacations for Canadians’, the combined team is designing and executing “a new strategic approach to improving every step of the journey”.
The companies say the multi-year initiative will focus on how consumers find vacation inspiration, adding that the ultimate outcome “is personalized digital engagement that will elevate the customer experience from booking, to destination, and back again”.

SMITH has worked with B2B and B2C brands for 20+ years and in 2017 reported 45% growth along with the opening of a new office in Dayton, OH, a new location in Seattle and a major renovation in Gatineau, QC.
