Sandals Resorts is hosting its annual coast-to-coast series of educational agent workshops.

Running from April through September, the fast-paced workshops fulfill the educational requirement towards being a Certified Sandals Specialist, as well as the maintenance requirement for agents already holding CSS status. Plus, the workshops are ACTA approved, and agents and managers who complete a workshop will receive 10 credits towards their Certified Travel Counsellor or Certified Travel Manager designation.

The majority of workshops take place in the morning (7:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.), with afternoon (1:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.) and evening (5:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m.) sessions available in select cities. In Quebec, workshops are offered in both English and French.

Through these workshops, Sandals Resorts offers up-to-the-minute product information, sales and marketing tips, and commission strategies that boost productivity and profits.

Space is limited and agents are encouraged to register early. A non-refundable fee of $40 is required at time of registration. All participants will receive a workbook, new collateral materials, a certificate upon completion and an exclusive booking incentive.
