4. Bike tour of the Garden District

After all the amazing food, it’s nice to get a little exercise. A great way to get outside of the French Quarter is to take a bike tour around the beautiful Garden District.

The area gained its name from the large land plots with beautiful private gardens skirting the magnificent houses. It’s also known as ‘Home to Hollywood South’ with Sandra Bullock, John Goodman, Anne Rice and Jennifer Coolidge all owning residences in the area. It’s also home to famous spots like the American Horror Story: Coven house.
