TORONTO — Insight Vacations has launched the final level of its eLearning program – the Gold Level – designed to help agents sell trips with a deep dive into all that’s new at Insight Vacations for 2021-2022.
The course highlights the tour operator’s best sellers in The Americas and Europe & Beyond. In addition to getting up-to-date knowledge on Insight’s offering and earning commission on every trip they sell, agents who take the course will become eligible for future fam trips and agent discounts on trips. Agents will also benefit from happy clients and repeat guests, says Insight. The company’s repeat rates are over 40%.
To offer reassurance that clients can book with confidence, Insight has introduced new well-being protocols and hygiene standards developed alongside the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as the Peace of Mind Promise.

The course includes updates on all the innovations that Insight Vacations has implemented for the 2021-2022 season, including the new Well-being Directors role, Small Group Departures and Small Private Groups, Insight Choice options, Deliciously Authentic Dining, Make Travel Matter Experiences and more.
