NCLH extends suspension of operations through Sept. 30

MIAMI — The parent company of NCL, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced an extension of its previously announced suspension of global cruise voyages to include all voyages embarking between Aug. 1 and Sept. 30, 2020 for its three cruise brands.

So far excluded from the cancellations are Seattle-based Alaska voyages still scheduled for this September.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.  is also cancelling select voyages through October 2020, including Canada and New England sailings, due to travel and port restrictions.

NCLH says it will continue to work in tandem with the CDC, the U.S. government and global public health authorities to take all necessary precautions to ensure the health, safety and security of guests, crew and the communities visited.

The company is asking customers who are currently booked on cancelled voyages on NCL, Oceania Cruises or Regent Seven Seas Cruises to contact their travel advisor or the cruise line for more information.
