Serenade renames Punta Cana resort, opening summer 2020

PUNTA CANA — Serenade Caribbean Hotels has renamed its flagship property in the Dominican Republic to Serenade Punta Cana Beach, Spa & Casino.

Now incorporating the word ‘casino’ to better reflect its value-added amenities, the 603-room, all-inclusive resort is scheduled to open in June on Playa Cabeza de Toro in Punta Cana, just 10 minutes from the Punta Cana Airport.

“In order to convey a complete vacation experience for guests, we have decided to update the name of our first resort to Serenade Punta Cana Beach, Spa & Casino Resort,” said Aimee Tejeda, director of sales and marketing. “We are designing Serenade Punta Cana to offer five-star amenities at a price that doesn’t break the bank and provides value to our customers.”

On-site amenities include the 6,800 square-foot casino featuring table games and slot machines, as well as the 9,000 square-foot Etra Spa, home to a modern pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, massage areas and separate changing rooms for guests.

All-inclusive stays at Serenade Punta Cana include all meals and snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, standard Wi-Fi Internet access, use of the fitness centre, daily activities, entrance for the kids and teens clubs, non-motorized water sports, nightly entertainment, and gratuities, taxes and surcharges.
