TORONTO — Kissimmee was in top form during a recent five-day fam that included Canadian travel agents and Sunwing product and call centre staff.

Led by Denise Graham, Account Manager at Experience Kissimmee, represented in Canada by VoX International, the education trip included classic airboat rides through the Florida Everglades, site inspections, outlet shopping and more.

The group was also challenged to take on Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park, a ropes course and zipline experience built on a 15-acre tree canopy.

Of course no visit to Kissimmee would be complete without a stop at one of Central Florida’s theme parks. On this visit, the group was treated to a VIP experience at Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure, which also included the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade. Here, participants were able to climb aboard the highly anticipated new coaster, Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure, which opened in spring 2019.
