OTTAWA — CAA honoured the best in the business at its annual travel and rewards conference in Ottawa.

Now in its 10th year, the event, which took place on Oct. 2, recognizes the organization’s top travel partners, based on the collective experience of CAA’s several hundred travel advisors.

This year’s winners include:

• Royal Caribbean International: Partner of the Year award in the Ocean Cruise Category
• Trafalgar: Partner of the Year award in the Tour Category
• AmaWaterways: Partner of the Year award in the River Cruise Category

“CAA is committed to providing the best service to our members. These awards recognize CAA partners who share this devotion and commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our members,” said Jeff Walker, CAA National Chief Strategy Officer.

In addition to the Partner of the Year award, CAA also handed out two Travel Advisor Choice awards. The two winning partners based on popular votes from CAA’s 400-plus travel advisors across 135 locations in Canada are Rocky Mountaineer and Trafalgar.

Rocky Mountaineer took home ‘Best Customer Service by a Supplier’, which recognizes a travel partner who is committed to working with CAA at the front line by supporting and educating CAA agents. Trafalgar, meanwhile, won the ‘Best CAA Vacations Partner Award’ for the support t offers and the overall value it brings to CAA travel advisors who book CAA Vacations packages.
