G Adventures launches 11 new Yolo trips designed for 18-to-thirtysomethings

TORONTO — In response to increased demand, G Adventures has added 11 new Yolo trips, known for their small group sizes, insider access and high-energy itineraries that cover a lot of ground with must-see highlights.

“Our already robust Yolo program just got bigger with new offerings in Europe, Australia and Indonesia. I think we’ve got something for everyone in the Yolo demographic,” says Innovation Manager Leah Griffin. There are now more than 125 Yolo trips available for 2014.

New itineraries include the 14-day Highlights of Sumatra featuring up close and personal encounters with elephants and orangutans, a hike down to a crater lake, jungle trekking in a national park, and time to chill out on Lake Samosir. Prices start at $1,249 per person for departures from April to December 2014.

The 24-day Australia Encompassed includes wine tastings in Hunter and Clare Valleys, sleeping under the stars and at a sheep station, down-time in famous Byron Bay, island hopping through the Whitsundays, a drive along the Great Ocean Road to see the 12 Apostles and Uluru. The 24-day Sydney to Melbourne trip starts at $5,349 per person for departures through December 2014.

Also new, the 14-day Cities of Europe visits six countries and famous cities including Paris, Rome, Venice and London. Prices start at $2,399 per person for departures from April 2014.
