Audebert named Air France-KLM Country Manager, Canada

TORONTO — Air France-KLM has a new Country Manager for Canada.

Eugénie Audebert is the 19th person to lead Air France-KLM’s Canadian organization. Air France’s representation in Canada dates back to 1950, when the airline launched its first service between Montréal and Paris. These days Air France serves Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver and Québec City, while KLM serves Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton.

As reported yesterday, Air France-KLM’s Jean-Eudes de la Bretèche, in the Canadian market for the past four years, is heading to Amsterdam to serve as the Group’s Director of Business Development.

Audebert brings nearly 20 years of experience within the Air France-KLM Group to the Canadian market. She began her career in Italy and has since held several positions in sales development, strategy and customer experience. Most recently she was based in Bogotá, as Commercial Director for the Andean countries, Central America, Cuba and the D.R. Her previous roles include Global Sales Account Manager, and Chief of Staff within the Commercial Division.

“I am honoured to lead Air France-KLM in Canada and proud to represent both of our brands alongside teams recognized for their expertise and commitment. Canada is a strategic market for the Group,” said Audebert.

She added: “Our longstanding presence and the strength of our offering, further enhanced by our transatlantic joint venture with Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic, as well as our codeshare partnership with WestJet, fully support this momentum.”
