Celebrity Cruises’ Brooks and Lepage on deck with advisor support following Robert’s departure

TORONTO — Celebrity Cruises’ National Director of Sales, Canada, Allan Brooks is assuring travel advisor partners that they’ll have all the support they need in the wake of Mathieu Robert’s departure.

Robert worked for Celebrity for eight years, most recently as Field Sales Manager. As announced earlier this week Robert recently joined AmaWaterways as BDM, Quebec and Atlantic Canada.

Brooks says Celebrity has implemented a comprehensive transition plan to ensure continuity, and tells advisors they won’t see an disruption to the level of service, responsiveness or support they’ve come to expect from Celebrity.

In the interim, Katie Lepage (klepage@celebrity.com) along with Brooks will oversee the accounts, supported by the broader team. “We will be introducing your new dedicated account manager soon to ensure a seamless and effective transition,” said Brooks in an email.

“Our commitment is not only to maintain, but to further strengthen the partnership and value we deliver to your organization,” he added.
